Eglington Cemetery is looking to fill a position for a Customer Service Representative to work in our office.
Applicants must be empathetic, patient and compassionate as well as be detail oriented and willing to learn the processes and programs pertaining to the cemetery industry. Experience in an office setting is required and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is preferred. Lastly, the applicant must be reliable, hardworking and looking for long term employment with our company.
Tasks will include:
Filing, light typing, answering phones, responding to emails, ordering supplies as well as any other clerical tasks as needed. Learning cemetery policies and procedures and assisting funeral directors and families with scheduling funeral services.
